“FTB Properties, LLC” provides quality remodeled homes in the Pinellas County, Florida area. 

Our philosophy and business model is to buy properties that need some TLC.  We then remodel these properties to a state which are above other homes in the neighborhood and then re-sell these properties for a fair and reasonable price which is at or below the comparable properties in the general surrounding neighborhoods.

Do we make some profit doing this? – Yes – of course, but not as much per house as you might think.  Our philosophy is that after we purchase a house, we fix whatever needs repair/replacement and remodel and upgrade most of the property in some manner both inside and outside. 

The end result of all of this is that you can buy a very nicely remodeled and upgraded home for a very reasonable price – something that you may have not thought that you could do at this price point.
